Experience the driver monitoring system from Motive Technologies IPO
I have worked as an operations manager for a large fleet in New Jersey for five years. Recently, I have come across an increasing amount of information on forums about new technologies for driver monitoring and route optimisation. While reading an article on GetTransport about the Motive company IPO, I learned that they install dashboard cameras and use algorithms for safety monitoring and route planning. However, I'm sceptical about how smoothly it really works in practice. Have any of you worked with similar systems? Are they really as effective as they are described in the article?

Oh, I saw that article on GetTransport too. After reading it, our company introduced similar systems too. I work in fleet management and can confirm that it helps us to monitor drivers and optimise routes, although there are sometimes errors or delays in the data.
